Originally from the East Coast, Charlie earned a degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America and has lived in San Francisco for more than twenty-five years. That time gives him an insider’s feel for the city’s neighborhoods, buildings, and market cycles.

His love of the outdoors has also made him a trusted guide to Northern California. Charlie is happiest on a trail, whether he’s hiking to a waterfall, backpacking into the backcountry, or climbing a mountain for the view. That firsthand knowledge of the region’s lakes, forests, and mountain towns helps him advise Bay Area buyers on second homes, relocation, and an outdoor lifestyle, and Bay Area sellers on the next move up north.

A self-described techie, Charlie keeps up with market data and new tools so his clients get timely, accurate advice. He’s a father of two daughters who loves cheering on the Giants, biking across the Golden Gate Bridge, and spending time with his two girls in the backcountry. In the city, he’s an avid explorer, always up for a new restaurant, local event, or neighborhood festival. Out of it, he’s usually looking for the next trailhead.
